This paper is devoted to the delay-dependent stability analysis and robust control for uncertain T − S fuzzy systems with time-delay. New stability conditions are developed for the systems based on the Lyapunov functional approach. Then a design method of the state feedback controller is proposed. All the researching results are presented in terms of LMIs. Two numerical examples are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed methods.
