The purpose of this paper is to studies codes C over 
(where q is a prime power) which are
self-dual under a particular product. Using those product we obtained
that, all such codes satisfy 
and we determined the number of such codes
C. Also we have given necessary and sufficient conditions for
C to be extended cyclic, and a generator matrix for C on
the form 
where 
Finally after enumerated all circulant matrices
A with the property 
we also generalize some of the results obtained
by Mac Williams, Odlyzko, Sloane and Ward.
