In this study, some arguments for the recently discussed
materials-related Lattice Compatibility Theory (LCT) are presented.
Fundaments are based on the recorded behaviour disparity of some rare
earth doped oxides. Incorporation of
ions during growth has been demonstrated
through Urbach tailing and Faraday effect analyze, implying the
possibility of loading of similar rare earth elements species into the
nano-channels of ternary and quaternary materials for energy
conversion.
