Abstract

In this paper, we show that the weak solution to the Neumann problem for the differential operator in a domain whose boundary is a curvilinear polygon, is not merely in but in where depends on the interior angles at the corners. We apply this result to the reconstruction problem of turbulent layers in adaptive optics.
