Abstract

In this paper, the stability of the stratified flow of the two-dimensional viscous incompressible MHD equations is studied. The solution near certain stratified flow is stable in a strip type domain By carefully exploiting the nonlinear structure and introducing some suitable energy norms, we obtain polynomial attenuation of low-order energy, which means that the exponential stability.
