In this paper, we review a few aspect of complex living systems, the guidelines towards the study of crowd’s dynamics and of pedestrians systems. This class of models belongs to complex systems in applied sciences, who interact in a non-linear manner and have a self-organizing ability. This follows the recipe of Boltzmann’s kinetic gas theory, leading to the basic equations of gas dynamics in the limit.
